Call for Student Volunteers

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and excited to engage with leaders shaping its future? The ACM AI Leadership Summit 2026 invites applications for Student Volunteers to help support this inaugural in-person event and become part of a unique gathering of researchers, practitioners, educators, policymakers, and technology leaders from across the ACM community.

As a Student Volunteer, you will play an important role in the success of the Summit while gaining behind-the-scenes experience organizing a high-profile ACM event. Student Volunteers will have the opportunity to attend Summit sessions, interact with distinguished speakers and attendees, expand their professional networks, and contribute to conversations at the forefront of AI research, innovation, governance, and impact.

  • Gain experience supporting a premier ACM event.

Responsibilities & Benefits

Student Volunteers may be asked to assist with:

  • Registration and attendee support
  • Session and room management
  • Support and logistics for speakers/organizers
  • Wayfinding and information services
  • General event operations and success

Student Volunteers will receive complimentary registration to the Summit and access to sessions during periods when they are not assigned volunteer duties. Additional details regarding volunteer commitments and benefits will be provided upon acceptance.

Eligibility & How to Apply

Applications are welcome from undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in AI and connected fields. Previous volunteer experience is welcome but not required.
